Orchestra help client win top award using VDP Most Effective Communication of an Employee Share Plan 10,001 + Employees

Using Variable Data Production (VDP) Orchestra help ASDA win the ProShare award for most effective communication and increase take up by 20%!

ASDA have retained the title they won last year. A ‘back to basics’ approach lifted this entry above other contenders in this heavily contested category. Rebranding of internal communications this year added further complexity and the need to create a fresh SAYE identity. Using professional copywriters was key to ensuring that the copy was spot-on and easy to understand by all colleagues. Segmentation led to tailored brochures which also used a ‘thought bubble’ concept to look at the end goal of joining SAYE.

ASDA has an embedded culture of cascading information via People Managers giving the launch the personal touch. An increase of 20% in take-up is testament to the success of this communication campaign and 50% of ASDA colleagues are now a member of the SAYE scheme.

Orchestra extends print production capabilities In line with our commitment to print production, Orchestra is pleased to announce the arrival of its Drent Vision 8 colour press.

The Vision is a short-make-ready web offset printing press that combines shaft-less technology with near limitless inline options. The press can be used for a wide variety of products, including commercial print products, direct mail products, labels, pharmaceutical inserts, various packaging applications and security printing.

Orchestra all set for PAS2020 Following the recent introduction of the new Direct Marketing Association’s initiative for setting and achieving environmental improvements, PAS2020, Orchestra can announce that it is now self certified.

Orchestra appreciates that a global conscience starts with the recognition of the local and regional environment. It is committed to reducing its carbon footprint through a robust environmental policy. Orchestra ascribes to ISO 14001: 2004 environmental management system.

Orchestra has been accredited to the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) since June 2007 and to the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes (PEFC) since June 2008. FSC is an internationally recognised forestry management system which promotes responsible stewardship of the world’s forests and sets international standards for responsible management.

Orchestra are delighted to meet the PAS2020 environmental standards as set out by the Direct Marketing Association. Independent accreditation is scheduled for the autumn of 2009, when it becomes available.

All these initiatives allow customers to make an informed choice and assure them when working with Orchestra they are working with a company whose environmental policy works in synergy with its commercial awareness.

BS 7799 (ISO27001) Information Security Standard

I am delighted to announce that Orchestra has this week succeeded in winning accreditation to the BS 7799 Information Security standard. We are one of the very first few companies in the industry to have achieved this.

In addition, and at the same time, Orchestra is the first company to have achieved the new Standard 55 accreditation from APACS, the cheque and credit clearing company. APACS regulates the production and use of cheque and other security documents.

This achievement demonstrates the group's commitment to professionalism in the key aspects of our business dealing with security, confidentiality and the secure handling of client's data.

This accreditation means a lot to the future of the business and is a powerful message to the marketplace of what Orchestra can achieve for our clients.
